Pakistan won against West Indies by 5 wickets

In 2nd match of ICC Champions Trophy 2009,Pakistan was plays against the 2nd row team of West Indies without their star player at New Wanderers Stadium, Johannesburg, South Africa on 23rd September 2009.at the early of the match,West Indies won the toss & elected to bat first.Pakistan won the match against West Indies by 5 wickets.

West Indies team started it’s batting and they manage only 133/10 in just 34.3 overs.full team all out at the 34.3 overs.only Nikita Miller played outstanding inning for west Indies and from his inning ,reach the score of team out of hundred.he scored 51 runs in just 57 balls with 6 fours and 1 six.Vice Captain of West Indies, Darren Sammy played some stroke and  he scored 25 runs in 37 balls with 5 fours.Mohammad Aamer and Umar Gul picked up 3 wickets each for Pakistan.Saeed Ajmal picked up 2 wickets and Naved ul Hasan and Shahid Afridi took 1 wicket each.

For a answer of West Indies’s target,Pakistan’s starting was not good and youngster Gavin Tonge picked up 4 main wickets.Shoaib Malik and Mohammad Yousuf scored 23 runs each.Kamran Akmal’s younger brother played outstanding inning for Pakistan and he scored 41 runs.at the end of the match Pakistan won the match by 5 wickets against West Indies.
