It was on July 18, 2000 that Monica's boyfriend Jarvis Weems suicided. But this has come alive now. I meant about the case. According to the mother (Tyra Weems) of Monica's dead boyfriend, Monica isn't telling the full truth about the death of Jarvis Weems. According to Monica, Jarvis called her and told her to meet him at the grave site of his brother. When the R&B singer Monica arrived, Jarvis was in his car with the doors locked. He then killed himself.
Investigation:
There was an investigation done about the death of Jarvis Weems and there were witnesses at the sight, according to sources. It was ruled that the gun Monica had, never discharged a bullet.
Tyra Weems Views:
Tyra Weems has a different theory - "I don't believe my son killed himself. I feel Monica knows a lot more than she's admitting. The bullet went in on the right side of his head, but he was left-handed. Why would he use the wrong hand to shoot himself? These statements make the case a very confusing one as the cops took note of everyting.
Monica's Views:
Monica said that Jarvis Weems called her and he was at the cemetary and that she went out there. She said he was sitting in the car with the gun pointing to his head. She said she’s licensed to carry a weapon so she was having hers. When she got to him he refused to unlock the doors and then shot himself in front of her. This statement make things even more unclear about what actually happened.
